DEDICATION

This is dedicated to our ancestors who began the Grassy Creek Presbyterian Church in northern Granville County, and to those who deemed it proper to begin a church in the Oxford township. Those from Grassy Creek did not leave Stovall for any other reason than to have a house of worship in the Presbyterian tradition in Oxford. We will always hold a special remembrance of our mother church.

This is also dedicated to the faithful ones who have maintained the tradition and worship of the church of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Thanks to those who have preserved all the historical items in order that we might have a written history.

Last, but definitely not least, our praise and thanksgiving is offered to God for the church of Jesus Christ and for the Oxford Presbyterian Church in Oxford, North Carolina.
